Discussion about the comming meetings. Well prepared by YiYun. And also a game lead by her.
Cards with names from our group were distributed to everyone who was attending. Everyone could be "attacked" and has to say something good about this person to defend oneself. If unable or the person on the card is guessed you have to reveal your card and are "dead".
We were pretty good in time and had later dinner together.

YIYUNS MAIL - PREVIEW

Thanks for God's guidance, we passed a peaceful winter semester and completed an edifying evangelic task two weeks ago. Now we're marching on. On the coming Sabbath, I will lead all of us to understand the next theme and object I set up, and to discuss the details of the timetable for May-July. Here is the brief introduction of my arrangement: 感謝神的帶領，我們度過平安的一學期，並在兩週前完成了一個有造就的福音任務。現在我們要繼續前進了。本安息日的青年團契，我會帶領大家瞭解下一季的主題與目標，並請大家討論課表相關細節。以下是目前的規劃：

Theme: Who do you say I am? 【主題】你們說，我是誰？ Intro.: Our faith should be rooted deeper than just on emotional movements; our hope should bring about strength more often than what we experienced; and, our love should be more sincere than as superficial peace and as funny interactions. Do we really know who we believe in and what we stand on? Do we really know the personality and the needs of each of my brothers and sisters? May our faith is rooted in the true understanding and true experience in God, and may everyone of us, for the sake of Jesus Christ, truly know one another and establish true and mutual relationship. 【說 明】我們的信，不應該只隨著感動潮起潮落；我們的望，應該要能在每時每刻都帶給我們力量；我們的愛，也不應該只是表面的和平，或說說笑笑的關係。我們是否 真的知道自己所信的是什麼？又是否知道自己的肢體們各自的個性與需要？願我們的信仰，是建立在對神的真認識與真體驗中；也願我們彼此，也能因基督而彼此真 正理解，建立真的連結。願我們漸漸都說得出，我所信的，是什麼，而我的鄰舍，又是什麼樣的人。 Method: By studying the seven “I am” said by Jesus in Gospel John, to deepen our understanding of God's divinity, and to make our faith firmly by applying relevant testimonies and spiritual sharing, so that we can strengthen each other. 【方式】藉著查考約翰福音裡耶穌說的七個「我是」，一起深化對神的認識，並分享彼此的信仰體驗。 Timetable: please find below (combined with the Chinese version) Advice for your turn: Jesus says, “I am ○”, therefore in the X years of your faith path, how do you experience this ○? You can also lead people to consider about some questions and to share their spiritual life. You can share some hymns related to your topic. You can lead meaningful games/activities or tell insightful stories as a start point of bible reflection. CONCLUSION OF DISCUSSION
Hallelujah, dear youths in Christ,

Thank God that our discussion 2 Sabbaths ago went very smoothly and efficiently. We first reflected our relationship among members through an "attacking game", then confirmed the timetable along with the people in charge, and finally we talked about the fruits and the lacks in the Evangelic Tea Party. Thus, in the attached file you can find the timetable for May-July, and as following you can find the protocol of the discussion about the Evangelic Tea Party:

1. The date and the place: quite good. This model could be carried out again next year.
2. The reception: we shall organize the means, the meeting time/place earlier, and confirm them earlier as well.
3. The content: little bit few. We may invite minister to do real preaching and we organize something following the topic of the sermon, eg. Q & A or discussions.
4. The tea time: the slices are quite good and useful for starting an introduction of our church with guests. We can also prepare some informal games for those who are interested in it.
5. The feedback and review: we shall take part this sort of meeting right away after the tea party
6. The way of following up: check the personal preferences of the guests by our members

Secondly, I'd like to remind that we have youth fellowship this Sabbath. The people in charge are:

Finally, please pray for Mu-Chen. She is going to suspend the exchange program and to go back to Taiwan this week, due to liver trouble. May God look after her physically and mentally. Actually, remember each of us in your daily prayer. Nicht vergessen. May God be with us.

哈利路亞，主內親愛的契友們收信平安：

感謝主，上上週的團契討論，進行地非常順利有效率。我們首先玩了一個「攻擊遊戲」來檢視彼此是否真的互相認識，接著確定了下季團契聚會各週的主領人，最後談到福音茶會的收穫與可以改進之處。因此，下季課表請見附件，以下是福音茶會相關討論的記錄：

1. 日期與地點：非常好，明年此時可循此模式再舉辦之。
2. 接送：應提早計畫交通方式及接送時間/地點，並提早確認。
3. 活動內容：有點少。下次可邀請傳道做真正的講道，然後我們設計延續性的活動，如Q&A或討論。
4. 茶敘時間：投影片的效果很好，有助於對新朋友介紹教會。下次亦可準備一些非正式的遊戲，供有興趣者自由參加。
5. 檢討會：應於福音茶會結束後當晚舉行。
